3RESQ-P SELF-CARE PROGRAM

This page introduces Kyushu University's self-care for improving college life, mental health, and stress coping skills. These e-learning contents have been mainly created by researchers at Counseling and Health Center with the cooperation of Innovation Center for Educational Resource, Kyushu University. The first half of this work was supported by Kyushu University P&P reseach grants (Tsubasa Project) and the latter half was supported by JSPS KAKENHI Grant Number JP19K03287.
